1.0 WELCOME
1.1 Meeting started at 7.50pm.
1.2 WW reminded the committee that HPAIR is organized by young energetic students such as us. He also encourage HCOC to constantly come up with suggestions to make it a successful event.

2.0 ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
2.1 All emails sent out to HPAIR must be cc-ed to WW & ED
2.2 Sunway emails are not functioning properly. Committee decided to use hpair emails
instead. No action will be taken to correct Sunway emails.
2.3 HPAIR committee will in KL on 24-28 Jan. HCOC to set necessary meetings with potential
sponsors and other parties deemed necessary. YM to prepare schedule.
2.4 Claims for phonecalls to be fixed and given to JY.
2.5 Budget to be ready by next meeting

3.0 ADVERTISING & PROMOTION
3.1 Brochures to be completed by 7 Jan. Quotations for printing to be obtained.
3.2 It’s clarified that the sponsorship package will be used when meeting sponsors and the
brochures as additional information and introduction to HPAIR.
3.3 A&P to focus more on getting media coverage and publicity
3.4 Assistance for design can be obtained from Department of Advertising and Design in the
future, pending Ms Lee’s approval


4.0 MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP
4.1 WW reminded that sponsorship will be the committee’s responsibility to bear together,
apart from the M&S team. The committee, disagreed with having a target of 60k each as
not all may have the same contacts and capabilities. Instead, each gave a personal
targeted amount – RM30k (MH), RM40k (PN), RM10k (VY) & RM10k (ED).
4.2 HCOC to submit 10 companies that we target to contact for sponsorship. MY & YM to
keep track with progress report.
4.3 In all meetings with companies/external parties, HCOC to introduce ourselves as
representatives of Harvard.

OOps.. think I had my calendar on the wrong month - March.
Will correct that .
